We are offering support with the cost of travel and accommodation to attend Your Festival Your Community.

Accommodation
We are offering to cover the full cost of accommodation and breakfast on a limited number of rooms on Friday 27 April on the University of Stirling campus at Stirling Court Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from MacRobert. These are available on a first come, first served basis. To request a room, let us know if you’re requesting a single, double or twin by emailing harriet@regionalscreenscotland.org by Thursday 15 March.
If you request a room and then cancel it after the 15 March, you will be charged the full rate of the room, which is between £79-89.
Anyone who misses this deadline can still book a room directly at Stirling Court Hotel, subject to availability and chargeable at their regular rates.
Travel
We have a limited number of travel bursaries available up to £100. We will consider all applications, giving priority to those who fall into one or more of the following criteria:
– Applicants who work in a volunteer or freelance capacity.
– The distance the applicant has to travel to attend Your Festival Your Community.
– If the applicant’s journey involves a combination of travel by car/flight/ferry.
Bursary payments will be made to successful applicants after the event.
To apply for a travel bursary, email harriet@regionalscreenscotland.org by Monday 12 March, telling us about your circumstances and how they relate to the priority criteria.
We will notify applicants of our decision about the travel bursary by Wed 14 March.
